Session Information

How the process works

  • Contact the office by phone, email, or referral from another community agency or therapist to get the ball rolling.
  • We will email you consent and demographic forms and they are completed online through a secure client portal.
  • Before we schedule your intake assessment we will agree on a price for your intake and additional sessions, including identifying any co-pays you may have through your insurance company.
  • After your intake assessment is completed, a treatment plan will be developed to help identify your goals of counseling. You will then be assigned a therapist who will work with you to help you complete your therapeutic goals. 
  • Sessions are 50-60 minutes long
  •  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. 

No Shows

  • If you fail to cancel  within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or are a  "no show" you will be charged a fee. 
  • If you are 15 minutes late, you will become a "no show" and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
  • If you have 3 "no shows" appointments in a row, you will be discharged and your file closed until you re-contact us for services.
